It's good to know there are still honest people doing business. Everyone else was telling me my softner was undersized or just flat out not working and I needed a new one. LJ came out and looked at it and it turns out it just wasn't setup properly for my wife and I. LJ got us setup and told us the softner was just fine and didn't try selling us a new system.
